Joanna Socha, founder and Editor-in-Chief of W Insight, has recently signed a book contract with Columbia University Press. Socha’s debut book will explore the upsides and downsides of fintech products for personal finance purposes. The story draws on interviews with financial experts, profiles of young adults, and data from economists.

Socha’s initial book proposal was shortlisted in the Financial Times & McKinsey Bracken Bower Prize in 2021.
